We originate, warehouse, Process, Market and Distribute Grains and Oilseeds, Metals and Minerals, Oil and Energy, and Biofuels and Chemicals.
As an independent trader, we trade with both local and international players in origin and destination markets. We understand complexities and embrace opportunities in markets we operate in by placing emphasized focus on building strong, experienced local teams to drive value.

Materials and Minerals
We’re affiliated to some of the world’s leading producers of metals and concentrates. We market, transport, store and blend metal ores from Africa, Australia, Europe and North and South America, and Asia. Suitable for use in electronic products, renewable technology, renewable energy.
We supply to a wide range of customers from smelters, automotive, electronics and construction sectors.
Oil and Energy
We source crude oil and oil products from a range of customers from state-owned enterprises, oil majors, commodity traders and oil storage facilities. We market extensively through our offices in Calgary, London and Dubai.
Utilizing our logistics, storage and marketing expertise, we achieve economies of scale through joint ventures, offtake agreements, prepayments and bulk procurement and supply agreements.
We have access to upstream, midstream and downstream sectors of the energy industry, giving us the ability to market Coal, LNG, LPG and Electric Power from our offices in Calgary, London and Johannesburg supplying products to refineries, fuel distributors, mining houses, power utilities and power generators.
Biofuels and Chemicals
We have access to a global network of facilities spanning six continents and includes biorefineries and strategically located port terminals.
Our biodiesel provides engine lubrication improvements while reducing dependency of regular fossil fuels. We source our biodiesel from our partners who produce it through a patented process known as Transesterification, in which vegetable oils are heated with alcohol in the presence of a catalyst to yield biodiesel and glycerin.
We supply a variety of feedstock for the biofuel industry such as vegetable oils, rendered animal fats, algae oils as well as used cooking oil greases and then process them to produce biofuels.
We are affiliated to several blending facilities in the USA, ASIA and Europe, where we produce biofuels and chemicals for end customers across the world.
